Results of a survey carried out at all slaughterhouses in England and Wales between 12 and 18 February, 2024.
The survey was carried out by the Food Standards Agency (FSA) on behalf of Defra and Welsh Government.
The survey was completed by official veterinarians (OVs) based at the slaughterhouses. They used information from the food business operator (FBO).
