Under the requirements of the Local Government Measure 2011, the Independent Remuneration Panel for Wales are required to send a draft report to:
- Welsh Ministers
- relevant authorities which are required or authorised by the Panel to make payment to their members in respect of relevant matters
- such other persons as the Panel considers appropriate
And:
- take into account the representations it receives about the draft
- in order to meet the Measure’s requirement to publish the annual report by 28 February 2025, representations should be received by 29 November 2024
