We are seeking views on draft amendments to Building Regulations in Wales.
Consultation description
We want to change Building Regulations to ensure electric vehicle (EV) charging points are included in:
- new residential buildings
- new non-residential buildings
- buildings undergoing major renovations or material change in use
where car parking is part of the development.
