An evidence review exploring the impact of for-profit and not-for-profit delivery of children’s foster and residential care on care quality and outcomes for care-experienced children.
This is not the latest release in the series: Eliminating profit from children’s residential and foster care
The report presents the findings from an evidence review exploring the impact of for-profit and not-for-profit delivery of children’s foster and residential care on care quality and outcomes for care-experienced children.
It concludes that this is an under-researched area in the UK. However, the evidence review identifies a few highly relevant, good quality studies that can inform policy development.
