ALNCos have seen a considerable change to their role in terms of workload and responsibility. A task and finish group was established to undertake a review into ALNCos pay and the non-contact time.
The review considered:
- whether the current remuneration process is appropriate and consistent
- what could be improved to reflect the new ALNCo role and remuneration
- what changes may be required to the current salary requirements on reimbursement
