This is the latest release
This report has two aims:
- To present an analysis of the recipients of Discretionary Assistance Fund (DAF) in terms of their age, ways individuals access DAF payments and the number of times the DAF is used per individual.
- To examine the DAF awards in the 22 local authorities in Wales to see if there are any emerging patterns in specific economic indicators that might explain the number of awards in each local authority.
