Item 1: Welcome from the co-chairs
1. The co-chairs welcomed the members to the commission's first hybrid meeting, and thanked the members of the Expert Panel for joining the commissioners for the discussion about the draft interim report.
Item 2: Interim report
2. The commissioners considered the draft interim report, agreeing amendments. They discussed the next steps for the report, and the launch arrangements.

3. The commissioners reviewed their forward work plan.
