Item 1: Agree minutes of the previous meeting
1.1 The Board agreed the minutes of the previous meeting without comment.
Item 2: Progress update
2.1 The Board discussed the considerable progress seen since the last meeting across the Co-operation Agreement commitments.
Item 3: Annual report
3.1 The Board approved the designed proof copy of the first Co-operation Agreement Annual Report to be published on 1 December, alongside a Written Statement. Publication would be marked with a joint-press conference.
Item 4: Ynni Cymru
4.1 The Board noted the paper from officials outlining next steps and wider considerations for the establishment of Ynni Cymru.
