This is not the latest release in the series: Land Transaction Tax
In this quarterly release, we have for the first time published in-year data for local areas within Wales, that is local authorities, National Parks and Senedd constituencies. The data presented relate to the year ending December 2023, and we will update this data in future quarterly releases. Previously, data for areas within Wales was published only in our annual statistical releases. Given this development, we are considering whether we need to publish annual statistical releases in future. We welcome your comments on these changes to data@wra.gov.wales.
