Anna Sinclair Head of Practice

Anna joined Cafcass Cymru at the end of 2002. Anna worked as a Family Court Advisor and then a Practice Manager within the organisation before she was appointed as a Practice Development Officer for private law in 2019. She became Head of Operations for Private Law Reform in May 2022. Anna has been a qualified social worker for over 20 years and before joining Cafcass Cymru, worked as a Probation Officer and with children with disabilities.
