The purpose of the Single Unified Safeguarding Review (SUSR) toolkit is to provide a set of templates that support the SUSR statutory guidance which should be used throughout the process.
The toolkit provides a standardised and consistent approach across Wales when implementing a SUSR. This is essential to:
- ensure that key information, learning and recommendations are provided in a consistent format with the appropriate level of information
- enable the Wales Safeguarding Repository to be utilised to disseminate learning
The toolkit has been developed by practitioners and has been tested upon pilot SUSRs.
When using the toolkit please refer to the SUSR guidance. If you have any questions or feedback on the toolkit, please contact SUSRWales@gov.wales.
