Details
This Order will stop up an area of highway to enable development to be carried out in accordance with outline planning permission granted under Part 3 of the 1990 Act by Torfaen County Borough Council on 26 June 2015 with reference number 12/P/00288 and the approval of reserved matters granted on 28 June 2021 with reference number 18/P/0424/RES.
The development comprises of 165 plots, landscaping and associated works, new highway with footpath and new cycle path for access.
The stopping up of a length of the existing highway is considered necessary to facilitate this development.
