Thank you for your request to the Welsh Government for information under the Freedom of Information Act (2000) received on 26 January 2022 regarding Funding for Detoxification Services. You requested the following information:
For the financial years 2019/20, 2020/21 and 2021/22, broken down by each Area Planning Board
- The amount of ring-fenced, tier 4 funding allocated.
- The amount of the tier 4 budget spent on funding detoxification services.
- Any APB budget outside of the ring-fenced allocation spent on detoxification services.
- The amount of expenditure spent on in patient services.
- The amount of expenditure on community-based detoxification services.
- The amount of the ring fenced, tier 4 budget spent on residential rehabilitation.
- Any APB budget outside of the ring-fenced allocation spent on residential rehabilitation services.
- The amount of expenditure spent on Welsh residential rehabilitation placements.

With regard to Question 1 The amount of ring-fenced, tier 4 funding allocated, I have enclosed a table below, broken down by each Area Planning Board as requested.

With regard to Question 8, The amount of expenditure spent on Welsh residential rehabilitation placements, unfortunately the Welsh Government does not hold the information you have requested in detail but can confirm that £250,000 was allocated to Welsh residential rehabilitation placements as part of additional funding made available in October 2020.
