It is your decision whether or not you would like to donate your organs after you die.
Once you have made your decision, you can choose to:
Record your decision
On the NHS Blood and Transplant website
Do nothing
You will be treated as if you have no objection to being a donor and your consent will be deemed.
You can also register your decision by calling NHS Blood and Transplant on 0300 123 23 23.
