Details
This Order will stop up lengths of highway to enable the construction of 20 new council homes, sustainable drainage, landscape planting and associated infrastructures, in accordance with planning permission granted under Part 3 of the 1990 Act by the City and County of Cardiff Council on 28 May 2021 with reference number 20/02068/MJR. The stopping up of the lengths of the existing highway is considered necessary to facilitate this development.
