Janet Waldon

Janet lives and breathes her school’s vision and it is shared by every pupil, teacher and adult, inside and outside the community. She leads from the front, not from above and picks up on the potential of her staff incredibly effectively. Her thirst for knowledge creates the building blocks for a successful school and the strong student outcomes are a real testament to Janet’s work.

Janet prides herself on innovation and solving deep-rooted problems through care, concern and making sure that the pupil always comes first. Janet is great at empowering staff and her leadership is tangible in the school.
