Eleanor’s commitment as a headteacher is unfaltering, and her pupils are at the centre of every decision made. She ensures learning is fun and meets the needs of every pupil.

Eleanor has built relationships and earned the trust and respect of all those that have worked with her in her 36 years at Maes-y-Coed. She is an excellent communicator with a thirst for knowledge and her energy, enthusiasm and caring spirit has ensured generations of families have felt the impact of her inspirational leadership. She has demonstrated powerful ambition and drive to achieve excellence within her school.
