This order will permit the stopping up of the relevant length of highway which will enable the demolition and erection of a single six storey office and education building with associated commercial unit, kiosk, landscaping and associated works (including new stairs) to be carried out in accordance with planning permission granted under Part 3 of the 1990 Act by Newport City Council on 6 July 2016 with reference number 16/0359.
