The Welsh Government’s Third Supplementary Budget for 2020-21 is published today.
The main purpose of this Supplementary Budget is to reflect the budgetary changes since the Second Supplementary Budget 2020-21 published by the Welsh Government in October 2020 and restated in December 2020 in line with changes to ministerial portfolios.
It sets out a number of allocations from our reserves and reflects changes to baselines including Wales’ Barnett share of funding allocated to tackle the pandemic in England.
The Supplementary Budget will be scrutinised by the Finance Committee and will be debated in Plenary on Tuesday 9 March.
