Public Health (Wales) Act 2017

The Act addresses specific public health concerns, including tobacco and nicotine products.

The Smoke-free Premises and Vehicles (Wales) Regulations 2020

These Regulations prohibit smoking in certain premises, places and vehicles.

The Proxy Purchasing of Tobacco, Nicotine Products etc. (Fixed Penalty Notice) (Wales) Regulations 2015 

It is an offence for an adult to buy tobacco, cigarette papers or nicotine products for a person under the age of 18.

The Tobacco Advertising and Promotion (Display of Prices) (Wales) Regulations 2012 

These Regulations impose requirements on how to display the price of tobacco products.

The Tobacco Advertising and Promotion (Display) (Wales) Regulations 2012

It is an offence to advertise and display tobacco products in retail stores.

The Protection from Tobacco (Sales from Vending Machines) (Wales) Regulations 2011 

These Regulations prohibit the sale of tobacco from vending machines.
