This report looks at personal use of the internet, engagement with digital skills; and public service websites from April 2019 to March 2020.

77% of internet users have visited at least one public service website in the past 12 months.
People who visit public sector websites are more likely to have one or a combination of the following characteristics:
- being aged 16 to 49
- being educated to degree level or above
- using the internet at least several times a day
- being female
- being employed
- being white (Welsh, English, British etc.)
