Tracy strives for the best possible outcomes for every pupil and is one of the most caring, enthusiastic and supportive members of staff. She has a passion for working with young people well beyond what is normally seen in many professionals, and her positive attitude ensures that any work is done to benefit their experience of education. She has a natural talent of engaging with young people and is always willing to help in any way she can, often going the extra mile for pupils and also staff. Her drive and passion are contagious, and she is a fierce and passionate advocate for each young person she supports.
