Ben has an extremely warm and engaging manner and takes a positive and creative approach to teaching and learning. He designs a highly bespoke experience for every individual in his class and utilises his classroom and team effectively to inspire pupils to engage and develop to the best of their ability. His classroom environment constantly celebrates success and ensures consistency and predictability for pupils who have highly complex needs. Every pupil in Ben’s class has achieved significant milestones under his care. He is always thinking carefully about the experience of each pupil throughout the day and inspires his team to go above and beyond.
