We are consulting on possible changes to the Coronavirus Act 2020.
Consultation description
These are to maintain or suspend the provisions of section 15 of, and Part 2 to Schedule 12 to, the Coronavirus Act 2020.
Those change certain duties under the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) 2014. These refer to assessments and meeting needs for care and support. We are asking for your views and to provide supporting evidence.
Your response will inform our decisions to maintain or suspend the provisions of section 15 of, and Part 2 to Schedule 12 to, the Coronavirus Act 2020.
