We want your views on proposals for funding loans for students beginning their PhD studies in 2018/19.
Consultation description
We want to reduce the financial barrier to study and allow students to take courses at the highest level.
We are consulting on proposals to allow eligible students residing in Wales to borrow up to £25,000 over the duration of their course.
