We want your views on proposed changes to the Private Water Supplies (Wales) Regulations 2010.
Consultation description
The Drinking Water Directive protects human health by laying down standards and requirements for drinking water. The directive is based on guidelines set by the World Health Organisation.
We are consulting on proposed changes to the Private Water Supply (Wales) Regulations 2010 which will:
- implement the amended Drinking Water Directive
- ensure local authorities carry out their duties in relation to private water supplies in Wales.
