We want your views on the Education (Student Information) (Wales) Regulations 2017 and Education (Destination Information) (Prescribed Activities) (Wales) Regulations 2017.
Consultation description
We are consulting on regulations which would:
- extend current information-sharing powers for schools to Further Education Institutions and other learning providers
- allow the UK and Welsh governments to share information on the qualifications and destinations of students with institutions in England and Wales
- ensure that data used in the performance measures is transparent, credible and accurate.
