Details

The LHA rates published will continue to be effective until 31 March 2021.
The tables do not provide any guaranteed indicator of the condition of, or trends in, the rental market. Rent Officers Wales do not accept any liability for actions or judgements that LHA claimants or others take arising from the use of the tables.

Method

The tables show the method used to produce the Local Housing Allowance rates in accordance with statute.

Column 1

The LHA rates applicable for April 2019 are shown here.

Column 2

The LHA rates effective from 1st April 2020 are shown here. They are the 30th percentile figures derived from twelve months worth of lettings information collected up to the end of September 2019.
