Main points
- 93% were satisfied with the care provided by their GP, while 96% agreed they were treated with dignity and respect.
- 15% had used out of hours GP services in the previous 12 months, and of these, 84% were satisfied with the service.
- Of those who have had hospital appointments in the previous 12 months, 94% of outpatients were satisfied with the care received, compared with 89% of inpatients.
