Learner outcome reports
Learner outcomes reports are summaries of the learner success rates achieved by each provider in Wales. The reports show colour-coded information on success rates (the percentage of all qualifications that are achieved by learners) and learner progressions into employment or further learning (for WBL providers).
We publish these reports annually to inform learners, employers, parents and the general public about the outcomes of provision funded by the Welsh Government.
Revision note
115 completed adult learning activities provided directly by Wrexham were omitted from the first version of this publication available between 27th February 2020 and 3rd April 2020. The figures, charts and StatsWales tables have since been corrected and marked with an (r). The revision affected the overall Adult Learning success rate, which is now rounded up to 90% instead of down to 89%. However, the success rate rounded to 1 decimal place is still 89.5%.
In earlier versions of this report, the deprivation measures were incorrectly described as based on the main index of the Welsh Index of Multiple Deprivation (WIMD). The deprivation measures are actually from the income domain of WIMD.
Please contact us using the details below if you would like figures based on the main WIMD index.
Note
Previous versions of this report had information on learner outcomes in Further Education. This has been discontinued as the statistics have been replaced by the consistent performance measures for post-16 learning.
