Consultation description
The Planning (Wales) Bill proposes the removal of the mandatory requirement for Design and Access Statements from primary legislation.
This consultation paper examines the work we are currently undertaking in relation to design and seeks your views on how we can support our existing policies on design and inclusive access without the need for Design and Access Statements.
