This consultation sets out the draft framework which will be used to help us understand the extent to which our policies and programmes are making an impact.
Consultation description
It is also the intention that the Framework will be used by everyone who leads commissions and delivers services in Wales for children and families from pregnancy up to age seven as a tool to drive improvements at local level.
