These Directions ensure that technical references to the Counter Fraud and Security Management Service (CFSMS) in The Directions to NHS Bodies on Counter Fraud Measures 2005 are corrected to add clarity. These Directions are being made under sections 16BB(4), 17 and 126(4) of the National Health Service Act 1977.
