Directions to Local Health Boards as to the Statement of Financial Entitlements (Amendment) Directions 2019 (2019 No. 5)

The amendment Direction reduces the Global Sum figure to take account of the one-off funding for indemnity and removes the Quality and Outcomes Framework whilst making provision for GMS contractors to receive aspiration payments equivalent to the monthly amount they received for the 2018/19 financial year.
