A Cardiff recruitment company specialising in both niche technology solutions and accountancy and finance is set to create 61 new jobs, following £250,000 of support from the Welsh Government.

Recruit 121 Limited, an internationally recognised brand, which sources and places qualified and part qualified accountants within Wales for companies using SAP software - a business enterprise resource planning system - recently celebrated its 18th birthday.
Having recently moved to new offices at Capital Tower, the company will now embark on a 4 year expansion plan, growing its internal delivery teams and enhancing its high calibre services to established brands such as BMW, Nestle, Ralph Lauren and Bosch.
Economy Minister Ken Skates said:
“I’m delighted that Welsh Government support is allowing this thriving business to create 61 new jobs and further extend its reach around the world. We recognise that these are challenging times for businesses, but remain committed to supporting Welsh businesses in every way we can to ensure they are given the necessary support to grow and prosper.
"It’s fantastic to see that Recruit 121 has also partnered with the Welsh Financial Services Graduate Programme, working with Cardiff Business School on a two-year full-time programme of work, training and academic study unique to Wales which aims to recruit 40 graduates in order to develop a talent pool of industry professionals.
“Planning for the future and investing in staff and graduates is something that is right at the heart of our Economic Action Plan and it is certainly proving successful for this Cardiff based company. I’m pleased to see Welsh Government funding contribute to this vision and wish them every success with their expansion.”
