Popular children’s TV entertainers and characters will be among the attractions at the Welsh Government stand at this year’s Urdd Eisteddfod in Flint.

Presenter Martyn Geraint will be entertaining children and families throughout the day on Monday 30 May and other popular presenters and characters from S4C’s Cyw will call in on Friday, 3 June. Ed Holden will be teaching how to beat-box on Thursday, 2 June and every day from Monday to Friday a character from one of Roald Dahl’s books will be on the stand to tell a story. Tuesday, 31 May will see some fun keep fit activities and Thursday is an environment themed-day with bushtucker trials.
Activities start at 9am every day, including arts and crafts throughout the day. The stand will be near the main entrance opposite Caffi Mister Urdd.
