Third Sector Statistics User Panel: meeting arrangements

Location

Meetings will be held either in the Cathays Park offices of the Welsh Government in Cardiff or at third sector locations, if nominated by members.

Dates and times of meeting

Two hour meetings will be held in the Spring and Autumn. If required, specific sub groups or task and finish groups will be introduced for time-bound activities to report back to the Panel.

Chair

Meetings will be chaired by the Chief Statistician of the Welsh Government or nominated deputy.

Agenda

Any Panel member is welcome to put forward an item for the agenda. The final agenda will be agreed by the Chair.

Papers and translation

Papers will be available on the website before each meeting; no packs will be provided at the meeting. We will consult regularly on translation and language requirements. The provision of simultaneous translation facilities will depend on the number of meeting attendees that wish to contribute through the medium of Welsh (as per the Welsh Language Standards).
