Each member of the panel can contribute by:
Proposing an agenda item
This could take the form of a presentation or a paper and/or a discussion started. Suggestions should be submitted at least two months prior to the meeting to enable an agenda to be prepared, materials to be translated and papers to be circulated prior to the meeting.
Sending information for circulation
Relevant information can be forwarded for circulation to the Panel throughout the year.
