- 14% of people had contacted the emergency ambulance service in the past 12 months, and 87% were satisfied with the service they received from the emergency ambulance service.
- 80% of people for whom an emergency ambulance was called went to hospital straight away, 6% went later that day or another day, and 15% of people did not go to hospital.
