Consultation description
We are consulting on proposals that will improve the quality and governance of the role of the issuing authority.
The proposals include:
- changing how we develop and issue frameworks to meet individual and employer needs
- Welsh Ministers adopting the role of the issuing authority for issuing apprenticeship frameworks
