This report looks at ease and difficulty making GP appointments, satisfaction with care received at GP and hospital appointments and use of Welsh when accessing healthcare services for April 2017 to March 2018.

Main points
- 33% find it difficult to make a GP appointment at a convenient time; half of those people said they would prefer an appointment after 6pm.
- 95% of people aged 75+ were satisfied with care received at their last hospital appointment, compared with 82% of those aged 16 to 24.
