Katie Palmer is a member of the Food and Drink Wales Industry Board.

Katie has a background in Food and Nutrition. She has worked in the industry, as part of a team developing international products. She has also worked in local government as part of the Leader plus project in Monmouthshire.

Katie spent six years on the Food Standards Agency’s Welsh Food Advisory Committee. She was also a member of the Welsh Government’s Food and Drink Advisory Partnership.

Katie is the Sustainable Food Cities Co-ordinator for Food Cardiff. In this role, she works in partnership with the public, private and third sectors.
