1. The co-chairs welcomed the commissioners to the meeting, and noted apologies from Michael Marmot.

2. The commissioners discussed the arrangements for the launch on the following day.
Item 3: Reflection
3. The co-chairs invited reflections from the commissioners on their experience of the past 2 years, including good practice and lessons learned which could benefit commissions and working groups in the future.
