1. The co-chairs welcomed the commissioners and outlined the meeting arrangements.
Item 2: Adam Price AS/MS, Leader, Plaid Cymru
2. The co-chairs welcomed Adam Price and John Osmond, and thanked Adam Price for the comprehensive written submission provided by Plaid Cymru. Mr Price outlined his views on the constitutional options for Wales.
