This claim form is for students who started a programme prior to August 2023 and have received the Qualified Teacher Status payment. Please read the guidance to check if you are eligible. From September 2023 the Iaith Athrawon Yfory Incentive (IAY) is administered by ITE Partnerships and the Welsh Government.
