3. Register to use the online service
If the WRA accepts your organisation’s application to register to file LTT returns online, it will send a letter to the online account administrator.
This letter will explain how to register to use the online service and will include an organisation registration number. This number will link you and any subsequent users to your organisation’s online account.
When you receive the letter, you’ll need to create a login for your digital account.
To do this, you will need to use and have access to the online account administrator email address you provided and the registration number sent to you by the WRA. The WRA will send an activation code to the email address you enter. You will need this activation code and your registration number to complete the online registration process.
You should not share your account details and password with anybody you don’t want to access the account. Read the terms and conditions of using our online service.
