Interested parties choose to join our stakeholder list in order to receive regular updates about the Housing Conditions Evidence Programme (HCEP) including the Welsh Housing Conditions Survey 2017-18 (WHCS) and the Housing Stock Analytical Resource for Wales (HSAR). Members of the list have a right to know how we process, use and store their information.

Our approach

The HCEP stakeholder list is held so that we can send out email updates on developments with the Programme, such as the publication of reports about the results of the WHCS. Occasionally, we also ask stakeholders if they would like to provide feedback relating to the
Programme in general or specific elements. We may also use the list to invite stakeholders to participate in events or assist us with key pieces of work.

The details we hold include name, email address, organisation, role, preferred language, area(s) of the Programme of specific interest and areas of expertise. Welsh Government will be the data controller for this information and we do not share it with other organisations.

Members of the list can unsubscribe at any time by emailing us at stats.housingconditions@gov.wales or by contacting the HCEP team on 0300 025 5047.

If you are a member of the list and have any concerns about how your information has been handled, you can contact the data protection officer for the Welsh Government at:
