Agricultural Diversification Scheme requirements
Geo-tagged Photographs are one of the supporting documents required to be submitted as part of your Grant Claim.
You must take geo-tagged photographs of the item/ items on your premises to evidence your ADS Claim. We will not be able to pay your claim without relevant geo-tagged photographs.
Our staff will check the time and location data of your uploaded geo-tagged photographs and cross check these with your ADS contract. This will allow us to verify your claim and make sure the activity has been completed as agreed and within the contract period.
You should take photographs of the claimed item/ items on your premises. All photographs must be geo-tagged photographs.
It does not matter whether the photographs are portrait or landscape, as long as the relevant information is included.
It is your responsibility to provide sufficient evidence the required management has taken place. Failure to provide sufficient evidence may delay or stop payment.
You will need to upload your geotagged photographs to RPW Online. After you upload your geo-tagged photographs, as part of your ADS claim, Welsh Government staff will check the activity has been completed in the correct area, as specified in the contract.
