This report presents the results from a modelling study carried out to update the Welsh 2008 fuel poverty headline figures to 2009 and 2010 using predicted fuel price and income changes.

Predictive modelling building on the 2009 and 2010 update to fuel poverty statistics to show possible situations in 2018 based on three different scenarios.

Evaluating the impact of energy price rises on fuel poverty

The 2008 fuel poverty dataset has been used as the base data for a tool to evaluate the impact of energy price rises on fuel poverty.
