National Procurement Service framework updates.
All customers should ensure that they are using the latest versions of the framework guidance documents.
The latest version includes up-to-date contact details for account managers and commercial information.
All Wales Transport and Plant Group (AWTPG)
The AWTPG AGM will be held on 19 March 2019. The AWTPG is a collective, cross-sector group. It is predominantly made up of fleet managers and meets quarterly to share experiences, best practice and procurement support
This meeting will be held at the Welsh Government Pavilion, Builth Wells.

Vehicle contract hire
The tender submission for this framework ended on the 11 February 2019. We are evaluating submissions and we anticipate that the framework will be live from 1 April 2019.

Driver licence checking
This framework is live. 5 organisations have already engaged with the sole supplier, (Admin Business Solutions )and are considering using the driver licence checking service.
Guidance documents are available on Sell2Wales.
As part of our ongoing contract management, we are working with all suppliers on the framework to agree a common parts list for Wales.
We are meeting the suppliers in Newtown on 7 March to agree next steps. We were due to meet them on 30 January but had to postpone the meeting due to the snow.
